PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI GURU SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN DI KABUPATEN SUMBA BARAT DAYA

Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan dalam rangka peningkatan kompetensi guru di SMK Don Bosco, Sumba Barat Daya (SBD) serta eksternal berlangsung pada tanggal 26-27 Agustus
 2022, Sekolah SBD. Tujuan adalah (1) sharing pengetahuan dan pengalaman; (2) terpetakannya kemampuan guru, (3) dimulainya program mengajar para (4) sebagai langkah awal perencanaan pengembangan secara khusus Tambolaka, umum. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan observasi lapangan FGD guru. Kompetensi pedagogik, sosial, personal, profesional, harus diperkuat ditingkatkan. Mengingat lulusan diharapkan dapat masuk ke dunia kerja, SDM menjadi target prioritas, namun sarpras sementara tidak perlu mendapat perhatian karena kuantitas kualitas sudah memadai. Pelatihan diselenggarakan kemudian diarahkan untuk mencakup sekitar Tambolaka. Di akhir pelatihan, membentuk forum komunikasi menjembatani pencapaian misi pendidikan bersama-sama.
